So we’re more than halfway through the first moth of 2022, and usually right about now our newfound habits, routines and schedules are getting harder to stick to every day.


There’s two main parts of implementing new habits and chasing new goals SUCCESSFULLY, the first of them being planning realistically, which I talked about in the first blogpost of this year.


The second one is about the importance of adjusting your plans now, and about giving yourself some more space.
